He spent hours going room-to-room explaining how and where I could make energy-efficient improvements. He also pointed out which were cost-effective (adding attic insulation) and which were not (air sealing between the floor and the baseboard - wait until carpet needs replacement). Larry was focused entirely on satisfying my expectations/questions/needs. The energy audit report was very complete and explanatory - including an approximation of how much I could save annually if all improvements were made. His team com pleted the job over a course of two days (expected) and did an excellent job despite the cramped space to work in. Larry went the extra step to lay plastic on the floor so his team wouldn't track dirt throughout the house. I would definitely recommend and use his team again. Contractor comments: Thank you Tom! |

Did an ok job of insulating a crawl space. Plastic application was not great, lots of gaps on irregular floor. Attic has difficult to access open headers. No plan/estimate to fix (spray foam?). Some issues like pipe insulation were listed on original estimate, but not done in final scope of work. |
