The contractor was prepared, organized, knowledgeable, easy to contact when we had questions, and very personable. He was present at our home with the sub-contractors who performed the air sealing & insulation work (who did an outstanding job). Home Energy Rescue knew exactly what we needed in order to receive our utility and county rebates. They even submitted all the paper work for us. Since we've had our air sealing and insulation work, we can feel a big difference on our 2nd floor. The temperature has been stable and any drafts have been greatly decreased.
